Potential Vendors

We are currently accepting vendor registrations for the 2026 festival on August 8th at Booth’s Barbecue & Yard in Oxford, MS. The venue will reach out to you with a link to pay and choose booth location. Currently available are 10′ x 10′ booths outside on level, artificial turf. Tents, tables, chairs, and tablecloths are not provided. Electricity is available for $15 on a first come first serve basis. The cost is $100 per space and we can accommodate multiple, adjacent spaces upon request.

Vendors will receive 2 vendor lanyards which provide all VIP benefits including free festival merch and a bottle of Wildfire in Wonderland Vendor Edition 2026 which is generally limited to 24 or less bottles and are only made once. The festival will be advertised on the following social media channels: League of Fire, Booth’s BBQ & Yard, Heat & Harvest, Wildfire in Wonderland, SeauxS, and Sauceror. The event is rain or shine, but we have 2 indoor facilities, a covered stage, and several covered patios. Parking is free with loading gate access included. We couldn’t have a show without vendors so we intend on treating you as such. There is no late set up or early take down penalties. We will however have mandatory fun; a scheduled group photo of all vendors, LoF competitors, and sponsors will take place and we’d like at least one representative from each company to be in it. The time will be announced on the venue’s PA system and non-participants will be called out. Not really, but we will be sad. We are all family.
