The Mid-south Chili Pepper Classic is an annual festival celebrating the spicy food culture. We will be hosting the League of Fire’s “Road to the Americas Belt Match – Memphis” featuring 10 professional competitors. Additionally we will have vendors, 1st Annual event merchandise featuring artwork by Rory Petts of Graphicsfix, the MSCPC Amateur Match, a cash bar, and the announcement of the Jabberwock hot sauce awards.
