The Jabberwock hot sauce awards are given to deserving vendors attending the MSCPC. Each entry is $20 and you may enter as many products as you wish. The judges will receive score sheets and blind samples of all of the products entered into the competition. Must be present to win. Judges must be present at 1:00 on the day of the event and will receive a VIP pass as well as a selection of the products entered into the competition for their participation. To be considered for a judge position, please email info@heatandharvest.com. Awards are in the following categories:

Verde Hot Sauce: Green hot sauce from mild to hot
Rojo Hot Sauce: Red hot sauce from mild to hot
BBQ Sauce: BBQ sauce from mild to hot
XHOT Sauce: Any sauce from x-hot to xxx-hot (including extract-bases sauces)
Dry Seasoning: Seasoning blends from mild to xxx-hot (salt-free seasonings may choose to add salt for judging)

NOTES: Only attending vendors may submit products for the Jabberwock Awards. The following companies are excluded from entering: Wildfire in Wonderland, SeauxS, and Sauceror. Each entry will require 2 sealed products, one of which goes to the judges to take home and one that is used for blind scoring.

Each category will have a trophy for 1st place and a ribbon for 2nd and 3rd place. Additionally the overall winner across all categories will receive a trophy and a free 10’x10′ booth for the following year located in the main event stage room as the headlining vendor along with the festival merchandise and the Wildfire in Wonderland booth.
